I guess by 1/2 done I meant 1/4 done.....its still got about an hour left to actually finished. Still, its progress.

This morning I realized that heat will be a low priority by the time I move into the new shop.....

The trusses have all been reworked and the 1st sheet of flooring nailed down. The plan is finish up the floor then add studs and nail strips and such for the walls along with the ceiling....then stairs I guess or maybe floor then stairs...either way I'm back to going forward instead of rework.

Instead of installing flooring last night I drove to homedepot to get a quote on doors becasue the salew ended last night but we've not decided what we want so request a quote through their bid room is a way to both get additional discount since I need 5 doors and buy another few days of indecesion. I am learnign to HATE doors.

I'll be repairing the roof in my garage the next few days

Oh No! All I got from the storm was a little tyvek pulled loose.

No my problem is picking out doors.....still. Yesterday we drove up to a lumberyard that carries the same windows that are on the house and almost ordered them, I think I can call them Monday morning and get that moving. But they also sell doors so we have a new brand in the mix, then we drove though every neighborhood between here and the lumberyard and home looking at doors on houses, then bought the stuff for the stairs at the lowes near our house and by 4:30 I was outside building. At 5:30 it was time to meet some friends for dinner. So the f'ing doors stole another day from me. Hopefully today will be more productive....

Well...I needed both days if I wanted the stairs finished so they are not. I got the split landing and the lower set built but didn't start the upper set. Not where I wanted to be but progress all the same.
