Want to use my 3.4 to get the dyno sorted?

If only the adapter the work on a proper 12 cylinder engine also worked on a 3.4

:D

Seriously though it's not out of the question, but it will require adapters being made.

"change NOTHING"

I am placing my bets now. NOT gonna happen.
You won't like something and BAM the whole thing is a redo.

We expect it, it's why we follow. Be proud, bust it apart and make it your own.

After break-in I'll change all kinds of things, AFTER break-in. But I'll give you this, I don't have the hose that goes from the control valve to the dyno and I don't want to buy quick connect fittings for $50 each that I'm planning to throw away later, because they are too small, so most likely I'll just unscrew them and replace them with cheap plastic hose barbs.

There you go, modified. Not up to my usual standards but modified nonetheless :)

I have some hydraulic quick connects I didn't use on my small engine dyno (now sold off) you are welcome to them if you like. They are pretty big. I'll see if I can find them and shoot you a picture. Maybe I can send them with a nice blue Hot Wheels car.

Steve Morris had to build a new dyno for one of his projects:

So you're in good company.

I guess the 8's and 12's don't use the same bellhousing pattern.

They do not. I think the flywheel bolt pattern is different too...but I'm not sure why I think that so that might be a made up "fact".

Adapting the bell housing is pretty easy because stack-up length really doesn't much matter, so just the cost of say 1" aluminum plate and a little time on the mill drilling holes. With the dyno I have it could probably also be done with a new dyno adapter and no bellhousing....or just weld some chunks to a cheap chevy bellhousing and drill to fit the ferrari. Lots of options but none off the shelf
