While looking for M6 wave washes I found a brand new in the package QV emblem.....that I knew I bought but assumed I'd sold it when it wasn't where I expected to find it. I had it in my head the white was raised, but its recesses just like the new gemellocattivo emblem :)

Dave's concerned about the tool marks because they will show after anodizing so I think the plan is to wet blast it first to give it a more uniform appearance.
