I don't know if it's fair or not, but it's the usual zinger when a project gets stalled......as yours and mine seem to be.

My son keeps asking me when my engine will be finished and I keep telling him "End of the year", and now he asks "Yes, but which year?" LOL.

Great project, I'm impatient to see and hear it finished!
