That's true NOW. Back when I first got the 308...2000? It really didn't matter what I pulled off the car, it all sold. Ebay was new and people would grab stuff thinking it was a deal and worth having just in case. Today though people understand that with the I tenet you can find ANYTHING so no need to have crap in your garage....and TR cams are worth $3.25.

There is a slight delay in engine work due to a mandated construction project.....probably 2 more weeks. That wall simply had to go.

OK....the wall going left a very much structural post in its place and as I finished-up and got ready to install the railing yesterday I learned the post had to go...not so simple. This means adding an 11ft bean in the attic, a header over a doorway in the kitchen and a 16ft beam in the basement. Yesterday I bought the attic beam and put a temporary support in the basement. Today will be the header in the doorway then remove the remaining railing to allow temporary supports, then hopeful still time to head up to the attic to shovel away insulation so I can cut bit hole in the ceiling to put up the beam. Another couple weeks delay :(

maybe.

The dishwasher had issues last week and as I was fixing it Lana noticed the racks were rusted in a few places, replacing them would have been a few hundred $$ on a 15 year old machine so even though it was now repaired and working again we can't be eating rust I was told and she set out for a new one. She found a close out on a commercial type that matches her stove and since on closeout it was the same price as anything else I agreed. Since then she has been showing me pics of matching refrigerators that in no way fit the space in the cabinets....oh and look at this microwave that is also a wall over which also doesn't fit in the space. That could cost me some time.....but i should finish the cylinder up tonight.
