Do you think the board is working?

How are you testing the circuits....bacis fw or are you using a signal generator or something like that?

First I start the board on the table with the connected input signal simulators. I simulate engine start from 0 to 400 engine revolutions.
Using a digital oscillograph and an 8-channel logic analyzer
I check the output signals of fuel, ignition, ....

I thought maybe you were applying an external signal to test drivers and such.....don't you need fw to "start the board"? To get the etpu to read the crank signal inout yoy show and generate the outputs you show?

The etpu can generate a crank/cam signal for testing too....we use it for o5e work and just jumper it to the inputs .....but it need fw to do anything which iis why I asked what you're using.

To simulate the signals of crank and cam sensors I'm using now -
ardu-stim

I have a large archive of sensor waveforms, and it is constantly replenished.
I necessarily compare them with those that are on the Internet and often they are different.
For example, I studied the documentation for the Mercedes M113 engine and found the difference in the signals of the camshaft sensor.

Good afternoon. The board I designed on MPC5634M80 is tested with some o5e firmware.
The board is working. The firmware is working. Still need to test.

I have developed a driver that opens petrol injectors with fuel pressure
up to 12 bar just as easily and quickly as at the usual pressure of 3 bar.
Now it will be possible with minimal settings to turbocharge almost any
naturally aspirated engine to increase power up to +50%.
The first prototype was successfully tested in 2014.
Now I'm working on the fuel pressure control system and turbines.

How do you get the fuel system to 12bar? that is way above what it's designed for, I think my pump deadheads at around 6 bar

Did I ever point you toward Jon who wrote most of the working fw?

I did the engine control logic parts which is very little and honestly I would change if (and did for the frankenferrari's ECU), Jon did all the heavy lifting of getting the everything working. We had a bit of a falling out on the project but he for sure knows WAY more than me about the FW
