I did not make the cans, but I did weld them together. :)

Thanks,
I use filler rod from a wire welder, very small. I use a very sharp tungsten. Getting the first puddle is key. Once you have that, then it is petal control and rod placement.

Does your TIG have a pulser function and did you use it?

My welder does have a pulse feature but I have never used it.
I learned years ago to just pulse with the petal, so that is what I do. That way I can pulse when I see I need it, how much and how long.
I should try the feature and see how well it works.
