Here's one 1 the car. The ce ther caps fit nice which is great. There is no rear on the car because they used the front bore so it doesn't fit, I'll need to correct that.

Smooooooth. Nice job! I saw the different hub pilot diameters when I had my wheels off. Italians. WTF. |

Fixed the rear hub bore so they fit right now. Also measured to confirm I set the bolts to match available bolt lengths, that looked right so I ordered original looking bolts from Hill.

Where I failed was fitting a valve stem. I'm sure the hole is fine for a normal rubber stem, but it's not fine for the metal ones. They made the cou terbores smaller than I spec'c and added a step to the rim surface I didn't spec (I fine idea for machining reasons, and no issue with bigger c'bore) I ordered a reverse c'bore to let me recut it....$100 and I'll need to touch up the paint. I may also see if a stem designed for a smaller stem hole might work.

Are you communicating all of this to them so the next guy who orders these wheels won't have to deal with the same issues? |

I'll send them a note, but really if there is no order i'm pretty sure they don't much care, this is 1 off and its shipped so their out. I do need to get a 17" more OEM version done for a guy, clearly any learning will get addressed for that order. |

Cutter came for the valve stems, a reverse counterbore.....its kind of a cool tool if you've never seen one, its designed to cut on a surface you can't really get to. The cutter is separate from the driver, so you can put the driver in the machine, and through the hole, then the cut just pops on the back side and you cut. Attachment: Attachment: Here it is in action and did a nice job, the valve stems fits, just 3 more to go. Attachment: Attachment: Attachment: Attachment: Attachment: Attachment:

The stems fit nice now though and I'll have all the bugs out when you order a set from me |
