So I found the first one right at the top of the guide hole and ground it out....which fixed the leak! Shit! Well....I'll weld it in but now it clear how little it takes to cause a problem.

The whole issue here appears to be from when I relocated the guides. I moved them each 1mm which meant boring 2mm oversizes and all 2mm came from the same side.....which seems to be too thin to have survived the guide installation process. Not sure how many I'll end up need to fix.......but its only time right?

I'm not exactly how high I want to run the pressure up for testing...30-50psi seems right for system safety....but 5-10 is plenty to find the leaks.

you know if you runs evans then you wouldn't have any coolant system pressure to deal with. And if you get a leak not only will it still run it'll smoke like a son of a bitch! Don't ask how I know
