I figured out why no fuel/spark and got that working and cleaned up and fixed some other stuff while I was at it.

The problem now is that it really do not think the ecu is syncing to the crank correctly......i thought i was seeing that last time but thought i was seeing things.....i wasn't.

I got sent to play with the kids for a bit but hopefully I'll get this figured out this afternoon

I didn't much time but I think the sync problem is fixed and the timing set.....a little more testing tomorrow before i add fuel.

I didn't like what I saw this morning wiht sync.....so I messed with it a whole lot more and it seems right now.....I think. I turned the fuel on and it didn't actually run but it was trying and I smell exhaust but the battery is pretty so I'll let that charge and the starter cool while I fill the coolant

I just pulled a few plus out....they were all clean and WARM....so no question they were firing. SO that kind of counts are running right? :)

It was trying to kick back a little now and then so I'm going to pull out a timing during cranking and thing about adding fuel....I have all the corrections turned off at the moment.

Coolants been in an hour with no change in the level and the only thing I see in the ports is fuel, assembly lube and a bit of sealant at the flange....just as it should be.

Lets see if it runs.

It's so close but the battery is not playing nice......more charging time.

It did flood it a bit so I know where that line is kind of....that's something

While I wait on the battery I'll try and tune up the fuel and maybe spark maps a bit. It's pulling more vacuum than I expected, I was thinking it would crank around 80kpa but its like 60-65 so it runs off the bottom of what I estimated....something to keep me busy.
