Last night as I was thinking about how cool it's going to be once the bell housing and drop gears go on because that means the power train is done and ready to install it occurred to me that I can't assemble the bellhousing until I figure out what to do with the hydraulic throw out bearing lines.
Looking at the date on the photo I mounted the throwout back in 2008 so I've known since then that I'd need feed and bleed lines.....but now I actually NEED them. The bearing is AN-3, I'll need bulkhead fitting to move the connections to the outside of the bellhousing and line inside the bellhousing to connect....I need to stop what I'm doing and get some parts on order if I want ot have any chance of assembling anything next weekend.
I have put the same unit on a 308 race car. Worked great. This for you is NOTHING !!!!

It just takes time and I'm on a deadline...SPRING!

Looking at it tonight I decided it will fine if I just make a flex line and run it out the vent hole to a P-clamp. Parts ordered. i still need to sort out the pedal/master cylinder but I'll deal with that when I'm up there working on the brake and gas pedal stuff since it doesn't affect me assembling the engine.
I also had to drill an oil feeds int eh idler bearing bosses. So out with the plugs, drill, new plugs in.
